Mount Royal University 2024 President's Scholarships

Applicants must have applied for admission to a full-time program at Mount Royal by February 1 and currently be enrolled in an appropriate Grade 12 program of studies or be a recent graduate (within the immediately preceding calendar year). Applicants with previous post-secondary education will not be considered. There will be two disbursements (half in Fall and half in Winter). Recipients must have been full-time in the previous Fall and be registered full-time in Winter to receive the second disbursement.

Aim and Benefits of Mount Royal University President's Scholarships

The president's scholarship 2024 is valued at $7,500 - two disbursements (half in Fall and half in Winter) 21 student from Alberta, 3 Students outside Alberta and within Canada and 1 International Student


Requirements for Mount Royal University President's Scholarships Qualification

  1. Academic merit – initial selection will be based on top two Grade A subjects. Students are required to have an overall average of 80 per cent on the five appropriate grade 12 subjects for their program.
  2. Extracurricular activities – evidence of leadership as demonstrated through extracurricular and community activities and contributions
