Requirements for Toronto Metropolitan University Charles A. Root Entrance Scholarship Qualification
- Applicant must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Protected Person.
- Applicant must be a resident of Ontario.
- Applicant must have been offered admission by the Faculty of Engineering and Architectural Science in an engineering program (Aerospace Engineering; Biomedical Engineering; Chemical Engineering; Civil Engineering; Computer Engineering; Electrical Engineering; Industrial Engineering; Mechanical Engineering; Undeclared Engineering;
- Applicant must demonstrate Financial Need as determined by Toronto Metropolitan University.
- Applicant must be a current full-time (Fall 2023/Winter 2024) secondary school student qualifying for admission on the basis of the best six Grade 12 U or M courses with minimum 85% final average required for consideration. All course work and course examinations must be completed by June 30, 2023
