Documents Required for Application

There has been some confusion around what is acceptable. If official transcripts are available from a university, you must provide the official transcript. At Western official transcripts are available. This competition is very rigorous and you want to ensure your application is as compelling as possible. Unofficial transcripts take away from that as they are not trusted documents. Web printouts of grades from your personal Western account are not acceptable at all.

Up-to-date official transcripts are defined as transcripts issued by the Registrar's Office and dated or issued in the fall term 2021 (if currently registered) or after the last term completed (if not currently registered).  If you use the eTranscript for your CGSM application, you have to share the eTranscript with yourself before you can access the PDF you need for uploading
