Benefits
- $10,000 USD educational stipend for tuition, residence, books, and materials.
- Paid travel to two ACI Conventions. Travel is paid for by the scholarship program; all travel is subject to, and contingent on, current state, country and international laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Must be a full-time student, enrolled in a concrete related degree during the award cycle, which is the fall through spring semester of the standard academic year.
- Fellowship applicants must attend an accredited institute or university in the United States or Canada during the award cycle to be considered for an award.
- Be proficient in the English language.
- If English is not your native language, you can upload a copy of your TOEFL score to your application. This is optional and not required.
Application Documents
- Current resume.
- A 500-word essay describing your interest in a long-term career in the concrete industry.
- Official transcripts must be submitted from all previously and presently attended universities/institutes.
- Official transcripts must be in the English language and adjusted to a 4.0 grading scale. WES evaluations are accepted.
- Late transcripts will not be accepted.
- Transcripts received directly from students will not be accepted.
- Supply two endorsements that show your suitability to receive this award.
- One endorsement MUST be an ACI member.
- Endorsers cannot be students or family members.
