An individual may receive a lifetime maximum of one (1) award. You are not eligible to receive the award when you withdraw from studies or drop from full- to part-time studies before the award is paid.
Each university will select an award recipient based on their academic standing in course work focused on the field of public law, which includes course work focused on constitutionalism (including federalism), the rule of law and statutory interpretation.
