Concordia University IBET Momentum Fellowship 2023- 2024

The Gina Cody School of Engineering and Computer Science is deeply committed to fostering diversity within the engineering and technology sector. In particular, we aim to increase the representation and active involvement of Indigenous and Black communities.

In line with Concordia's ongoing efforts to empower, mentor, and provide comprehensive support to aspiring leaders in both academia and industry, we are pleased to announce the launch of the Indigenous and Black Engineering/Technology (IBET) Momentum Fellowship. This prestigious fellowship has been established to attract highly qualified domestic applicants who self-identify as Indigenous or Black, and to offer them financial support throughout their academic journey.

Two recipients per year will receive $35,000 a year for four years, along with the support of an IBET mentor, as they pursue doctorate degrees and specialized engineering research.
