Concordia University Master’s Academic Excellence Scholarship 2025

The Master’s Academic Excellence Scholarship is a merit-based award of $2,500 granted to full-time graduate students at Concordia University of Edmonton who demonstrate outstanding academic achievement. Available to both Canadian and international students, the scholarship supports those pursuing a master’s degree and is awarded automatically based on GPA—no application is required.

Requirements

To be eligible for a Master’s Academic Excellence Scholarship, recipients must:

• Be registered full-time in a master’s degree program;
• Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3. A limited number of awards per program are available each year and those with the highest GPA will be selected. Any unused award allocations may be redistributed by the SAC to other eligible programs.
• Not be receiving other awards totaling $10,000 or more in the current academic year.
• Be registered full-time in the subsequent semester in order to receive payment of the award.

You do not need to apply for this scholarship.

Eligible students are automatically identified by the Financial Aid and Awards Office based on academic performance at the end of the Fall term. Final selections are approved by the Scholarship and Awards Committee.
