Throughout her 20-year career as a television producer Linda received many national and international awards. She was particularly proud of her Gemini award for Best Short Dramatic Program Saying Goodbye: The First Snowfall, which Linda dedicated to the memory of her mother. Benefits

One scholarship of at least $3,000 will be awarded annually to a student enrolled at the Faculty of Graduate Studies.

Requirements

• Preference will be given to single mothers whose area of study is in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences and whose research incorporates a social justice analysis. Preference will also be given to a student whose research is in women's studies.
• Second preference given to single mothers enrolled in graduate studies in any discipline at Dalhousie University.
