Dentistry Schulich Scholarships at Western University 2025

These scholarships were established by Seymour Schulich to help ensure that students who want to enter Western's Doctor of Medicine (MD) and Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) programs receive the financial assistance they need.

Benefits

• Total value of $54,000.
• Payable $13,500 per academic year for a period of four years, provided that recipients progress satisfactorily and continue to demonstrate financial need each year. Recipients will receive renewal information each spring/summer.
• 4 scholarships available.

Requirements

• Students must meet Ontario residency requirements.
• Students must be entering the first year of the Doctor of Medicine (MD) program and Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) program.
• Students must show academic achievement and demonstrated financial need

Application Deadline

How To Apply

• To be considered for a Dentistry Schulich Scholarship students must complete an Admission Bursary application or a Financial Assistance Application and must submit the Schulich Scholarship Supplemental Application.
• The Fall/Winter 2025-26 Financial Assistance Application will be available through the Student Center by early September 2025. If you have already submitted an online application then you only need to submit the supplemental application.
