Requirements

  • Granted to the first year student at King's University College who is a graduate of an Ontario School Board with an interest in pursuing a career in education and social service.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, volunteer service, commitment to the community and a love of music may be attributes of the successful candidate
  • In first year, the award may not be held concurrently with other King’s entrance scholarships
  • The applicant must be an Ontario Resident, as specified by the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP).
  • Students qualify on the basis of financial need
  • The applicant must be a Canadian citizen, a Permanent Resident, or a Protected Person under subsection 95(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (Canada)
