This scholarship seeks to encourage exceptional students who are pursuing studies in a master's and/or doctoral program offered by the Faculty of Law (FD), whose subject of study is international law, or by the École supérieure d International Studies (ÉSEI) at Laval University. From one year to the next, this scholarship is awarded alternately between the FD and the ÉSEI.

Requirements
- Be newly admitted(e) in the winter or fall of 2026 in one of the eligible programs offered by the Faculty of Law (FD);
- Walk to full time* at Laval University (or be deemed(e) full-time according to Student Financial Aid) upon receiving the scholarship in fall 2026 in one of the programs offered by the FD;
- Have an excellent academic background;
- For master's applications: obtain support or a letter of recommendation from a professor who taught you during the previous path;
- For doctoral applications: obtain an evaluation from the research director of the previous level of study;
- For doctoral applications: demonstrate a strong interest or relevant experience in research in international law studies.
