The International Certificate Program Scholarship, valued at $1000, is awarded to ten (10) outstanding students entering the Bachelor of Global and International Studies (BGInS) program at Carleton University. To be considered, you must be a graduate, or currently enrolled, in the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board ICP Program with a minimum admission average of 80%. You must also be pursuing post-secondary studies for the first time.

- Applicant must be a graduate, or currently enrolled, in the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board ICP Program
- Applicant must have applied and been offered admission to the Bachelor of Global and International Studies (BGInS)
- Applicant must be entering the first year of the program and pursuing post-secondary studies for the first time
- Applicant must have an admissions average of 80 percent or higher
- Eligible candidates must submit their application no later than two years after completion of high school
