Langara College Sangra Family Scholarship 2025

The Sangra Family Scholarship was established to support local student-athletes transitioning from high school into full-time studies at Langara College. This opportunity is aimed at students with athletic involvement, financial need, and strong academic performance entering in Fall 2025.

Financial support for first-year students 

Requirements

Recipients will:

1. Be entering Langara College as a full-time student in Fall Semester 2025.
2. Have completed high school in Vancouver, Richmond, or Burnaby within six months of starting at Langara College.
3. Have participated on a high school sports team during Grade 11 and 12.
4. Have an academic standing of a "B-" average or higher in Grade 12, at the time of their application, as validated by their high school administrator or athletic director.
5. Demonstrate financial need.

Selection Process

Applicants will be selected based on:

• Academic performance

• Athletic involvement in high school

• Verified financial need

• Endorsement by a school administrator or athletic director
