To be awarded to a first year medical student in financial need who has graduated from a publicly funded secondary school in the Hamilton-Wentworth or Burlington area and has participated in community activities in the Hamilton-Wentworth or Burlington area. Please submit a separate letter. Be sure to indicate the public school attended and participation in community activities in the Hamilton-Wentworth or Burlington area.

- Applicant must have graduated from a publicly funded secondary school in the Hamilton-Wentworth or Burlington area.
- Applicant must comply with the bursary regulations noted in the current University Calendar.
- Applicant must have read, understood and agreed to the Student Declaration.
- Applicant must be enrolled.
- Applicant must be a current student.
- International students are ineligible for this award.
- Applicant would like to be considered for need-based aid.
- Applicant must demonstrate financial need.
