Established in 2021 by Dr. R. Neil Lamont (MD'87). To be granted to students enrolled in the Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine who demonstrate financial need and have an interest in pursuing a career in surgery. Preference will be given to students that have an Arts background.

• Applicant would like to be considered for need-based aid.
• Applicant must have demonstrated financial need.
• Applicant must comply with the bursary regulations noted in the current University Calendar.
• Applicant must have read, understood and agreed to the Student Declaration.
