Requirements

• At the time of submitting the application file:
  • Have a minimum program average of 2.67 and above
  • Have acquired a minimum of 30 credits in a baccalaureate program
  • Be registered or registered at a minimum of 3 credits in a bachelor's program
• Be a student-athlete or high-performance student-athlete

Application Documents

1. Complete the online form.
2. Attach a resume.
3. Attach a certificate of sporting involvement signed by a person who trains or supervises you.
