The Shim Law Scholarship 2025 is an annual award offered by Shim Law, a full-service law firm based in Calgary, Alberta. This scholarship aims to support and recognize the next generation of leaders in the legal field and beyond. Open to students from any university or college program in Canada or the U.S., the scholarship invites applicants to submit a creative and informative infographic on one of two legal topics. The winner will receive a $1,000 award, with the application deadline set for June 30, 2025.
Successful applicants will receive $1,000
Must be a current student enrolled in a college or university in Canada or the U.S.
Open to both undergraduate and graduate students
Open to all nationalities (Canadian citizens, permanent residents, and international students)
Must submit an original infographic on one of the two given topics:
How Has Canadian Immigration Changed After COVID-19?
How Does Canadian Law Handle Cryptocurrency Scams?
Must submit your infographic by June 30, 2025
The winner of the scholarship will be posted on the Scholarship webpage after June 30, 2025.
