Benefits

The Florence Kate Burroughs Scholarship is valued at full tuition for one (1) year only.  This scholarship is open to all 1st year full-time undergraduate BSc Nursing students enrolling from high school

Requirements

A minimum average of 85% is required and demonstrated StFX qualities of leadership and service to community.  Open to Nova Scotian students, with preference to Cape Breton. 

Interview Dates and Process

To be considered, you need to:

• Apply to StFX and submit a first-term Grade 12 transcript by March 1 AST.
• You must submit your transcript(s) for admissions consideration by March 1 AST.

Major scholarship eligibility is based on final marks for the five Grade 12 courses used to meet admission requirements for your program.  Please note that final Grade 11 equivalent subject marks may be used in the interim to calculate the average.
