The CPA Ontario Foundation is a charitable organization. Their purpose is to support the educational success of aspiring CPAs from priority communities who face barriers entering the profession. Through awards, bursaries, scholarships, and programming, the foundation supports students from Black, Indigenous, and other priority communities who are pursuing a career in accounting and finance.

Benefits

$3,750 will be awarded to the recipient of the CPA Ontario Foundation Bursary for Black Student Success 2024

Requirements

• Applicant must be an undergraduate student.
• Applicant must be enrolled.
• Applicant must have a minimum CGPA of 2.0.
• Applicant must demonstrate financial need as determined by Toronto Metropolitan University.
• Applicant must self-identify as Black (including those that identify as Afro-Caribbean or African-Canadian).
• Applicant must be enrolled in the Accounting and Finance program or the Business Management program within the Ted Rogers School of Management.
