Toronto Metropolitan University International Student Leadership Award (ISLA) 2027

ISLA - Fall is for undergraduate international students enrolling in a post-secondary institution for the first time. Applicants must be starting their first year of a full-time 4-year (or 5 year co-op) undergraduate degree at TMU and paying international student fees. It's for students who do well academically, volunteer, join clubs and show leadership qualities.

Requirements

• Be an international student with a valid Canadian study permit by September 2027.

• Have completed or be completing a recognised secondary-school curriculum.

• Achieve a minimum final admission average of 86% or equivalent.

• Be entering post-secondary education for the first time.

• Enrol in a full-time, four-year undergraduate programme, or a five-year programme with co-op.

• Be required to pay international tuition fees.

• Demonstrate academic achievement, leadership, volunteering or extracurricular involvement through a personal statement.

• Have a gap between secondary and post-secondary education of no more than one academic year, if applicable.
