This award was established by the 2013/2014 WiLA executive in hopes of perpetuating the inroads of opportunities for the women in the graduate programs at the Ted Rogers School of Management, who demonstrate a dedication to leadership in her community/workplace.

Requirements
- Applicant must be a graduate student at Toronto Metropolitan University
- Applicant must be an incoming full-time or part-time graduate student
- Applicant must be in the MBA, MScM, or MHA (Community Care) program
- Applicant must demonstrate leadership in their community and/or workplace, through leadership initiatives and accomplishments
- Applicant must identify as a woman (includes cis gender and transgender women)
- Applicant must have a clear academic standing
