Aim and Benefits of University of Laval Antoine Turmel Entrance Scholarship
1 scholarship of $15,000 (Half of the scholarship will be paid in the fall after validation of registration status. The balance will be paid in the winter 2025 session after validation of the file and following the withdrawal period with refund.)
Requirements for University of Laval Antoine Turmel Entrance Scholarship Qualification
- Pursue graduate studies on a theme related to seniors;
- Full-time registration (12 credits) at the time of receiving the scholarship (fall 2024), or have recognition of this status according to Aide financière aux études.
If you are enrolled part-time (6 to 11 credits), individuals recognized as parent students under the terms of Université Laval's Student Parent Policy may be eligible for this competition. To this end, it is your responsibility to provide us with the attestation issued by the Office of the Registrar by sending it to the following address: [email protected]. Allow 7 business days for this document to be obtained;

- Stand out for the quality of your academic record.

The application file must include the following documents:
- A cover letter of no more than one page;
- An up-to-date copy of the curriculum vitae;
- A final transcript of the bachelor's degree;
- A recent transcript of the master's degree if admitted and registered since winter 2024;
- A brief description of the subject to be addressed;
- A list of funding sources already secured in the last academic year.
Complete applications must be submitted by 6 October 2024 at the latest
Any application that is incomplete or received after the deadline will be rejected.
