Requirements
- Have submitted a complete application for admission to an eligible Bachelor's or professional Master's program at Université Laval for the summer or fall 2026 session.
- You have completed the processing of your application for admission and paid the required fees.
- Maintain full-time student status at Laval University during the scholarship award sessions (fall and winter).
- Being subject to additional tuition fees for international students and not benefiting from any exemptions*.
- Pursue your studies in Canada with a valid study permit.
*French and Belgian students are not eligible for this competition as they already benefit from an exemption from additional foreign tuition fees.

- Application form: You must complete the online form to submit your application.
- Communication of results: Scholarship offers will be sent by email from the beginning of March 2026. All applicants will receive a response, whether positive or negative.
- Identification and submission: To submit your application, you will need to authenticate yourself using the personal information provided to the Registrar's Office when creating your admission file at Université Laval, or using your UL identifier (IDUL), if you already have one.
- Important: If your application for admission has been submitted to the Registrar's Office for more than 48 hours and you have access to the scholarship form, but your program does not appear in the drop-down menu, please inform us by email as soon as possible, and especially before the competition deadline at the following address: [email protected].
