The objective of this philanthropic scholarship is to recruit and support a master's student in international studies from an emerging country.

Benefits
1 scholarship of $30,000 (One payment of $7,500 per session, up to four sessions.)
Requirements
- Be a woman from an emerging country (see the list of emerging countries at the bottom of this sheet);
- At the time of application, have submitted an application for admission to an eligible program at the Graduate School of International Studies (ESEI) for the fall 2025 session;
- Hold a minimum average of 3.00 out of 4.33 or "B" (or equivalent), in their most recent bachelor's program, or in the program of the previous cycle;
- Maintain full-time student status * at Université Laval throughout the study program for which the scholarship was awarded (fall and winter sessions).
Part-time student (6 to 11 credits): If you are recognized as a student parent under the terms of Université Laval's Policy on Student Parents , you may be eligible for this competition. To this end, it is your responsibility to provide the certificate issued by the Registrar's Office at the beginning of the fall session by sending it to [email protected] .

- A document answering the following 3 questions (maximum 900 words):
- Your motivation to come and study in Quebec
- The main reasons for your financial difficulties
- How this scholarship would help you?
- An official transcript from your most recent bachelor’s degree program, or from the previous cycle’s program. CAPSULE versions are accepted for transcripts issued by Université Laval.
- Your up-to-date CV
- According to your study program:
- A summary of your study project ( for a master's degree with dissertation ) (Maximum 1 page)
Or
- A description of your extracurricular activities/commitments ( for professional mastery ) (Maximum 1 page)
