1 scholarship of $5,000 will be offered to the recipient of the University of Laval College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) Scholarship 2025
Requirements
- Be registered in the penultimate year of studies for a doctorate in medicine (junior external), be from the 2025 class
- Demonstrated an interest in family medicine or a commitment to a career in it;
- Be engaged in activities related to family medicine;
- Good academic record.

- The BBAF electronic form;
- The CMFC qualification form ;
- A one-page cover letter, in essay format, that describes why your application should be considered for this award;
- A standard and concise CV (max 4 pages) which must include:
- The list of communications and publications relating to family medicine;
- The list of prizes and/or scholarships relating to family medicine (e.g.: recognition by peers, or for a research or university project);
- The list of extracurricular activities related to family medicine (e.g. participation in the Family Medicine Interest Group, involvement in family medicine committees, community involvement, etc.)
