Requirements
- Have submitted a complete application for admission to a regular bachelor's or professional master's program at Université Laval for the summer or fall 2024 semester.
- Maintain full-time student status at Université Laval during the scholarship award sessions (fall and winter).
- Be a person subject to foreign additional tuition fees and have no other exemptions.*
- Be studying in Canada with a valid study permit.
French and Belgian students are not eligible for this competition as they already benefit from an exemption from additional foreign tuition fees.
