The Jean-Aimé Simoneau Scholarship was created to promote research in kinesiology in the musculoskeletal field by awarding a merit scholarship to master's and doctoral students in kinesiology.

Requirements
- Be a full-time student enrolled in a master's or doctoral program in kinesiology and conduct research in the musculoskeletal field. Applications whose initial submission of the dissertation or thesis will be made during the winter 2024 session will not be considered.
- The student must commit to attending the scholarship ceremony

The following criteria will be considered in the evaluation of the application:
- Cover Letter (10pts)
- Quality of the research project (10pts)
- Excellence of academic record (15pts)
- Awards, Scholarships and Distinctions (15pts)
- Potential and/or demonstrated research skills (30pts)
- Assessment of the candidate's abilities according to the research supervisor (15pts).
- General assessment of the application file (5pts)
