Requirements

Eligibility criteria

Pursue a full-time* (or deemed full-time according to Financial Aid for Studies ) doctorate in geomatics sciences during the scholarship award session.

Part- time student (6 to 11 credits): If you are recognized as a student parent under the terms of Université Laval's Policy on Student Parents , you may be considered eligible for this competition. To this end, it is your responsibility to provide us with the certificate issued by the Registrar's Office by uploading it to the appropriate section of the form. Please note that a delay of 7 business days is to be expected to obtain this document.

Selection criteria

• Excellence of academic record
• Letter presenting a career plan focused on contribution to the field of surveying, teaching and research in geomatics sciences
• Letter of support from the research director
• Quality of the application presentation

The selection committee will avoid, as far as possible, awarding the same scholarship to the same person two years in a row.

You must complete the online form. Your application must be written in French.

The referee you identify in your form must be your research supervisor (research director). Your referee will have access to your online application once it is completed, in order to read it and approve it (or not). Your referee will have until November 6, 4:00 p.m. to approve your application. However, you must submit your application in the system before the competition deadline (October 31, 4:00 p.m.).

You are responsible for following up with your referee so that your application is approved on time. If your application is not approved, it will be considered incomplete and therefore ineligible for the requested scholarship
