Admission scholarship intended to support research work related to artificial intelligence, particularly in connection with the challenges and legal issues associated with this emerging reality. The research subject must be part of one of the Laboratory's research axes, in particular: contract law, security law, insolvency and bankruptcy law for consumers and businesses.

1 scholarship of $5,000 (The amount could be $10,000 if the successful candidate is registered in the third cycle.)
Requirements
- Be newly admitted to a graduate law program in winter 2025
- Full-time registration (12 credits) at the time of receiving the scholarship (fall 2025), or have this status recognized by Student Financial Aid.
- If part-time registration (6 to 11 credits), persons recognized as student parents under the terms of the Université Laval Student Parent Policy may be eligible for this competition. To this end, it is your responsibility to provide us with the certificate issued by the Registrar's Office by sending it to the following address: [email protected] . Allow 7 business days to obtain this document;
- Begin graduate studies in law whose research topic is related to artificial intelligence, in accordance with the Laboratory's research axes;
- Present an innovative, relevant and quality research project;
- Involvement required within the Laboratory during the course (participation in activities, collaboration with researchers, etc.);
- Hold an excellent academic record.

The files are selected according to the following evaluation criteria:
- Quality of the research project, and its relevance to the advancement of research in the laboratory's activity niche (75%);
- Quality of the file (25%).
