3 scholarships of $3,500 will be awarded to applicant who meets the stipulated requirement

Requirements

Be a student member of the Huron-Wendat Nation;

• Pursue full-time studies *  (or  deemed full-time according to Student Financial Aid ) at Université Laval in the same study program during the year the scholarship is awarded (fall and winter sessions);
• Show financial need.

Part-time student  (6 to 11 credits): If you are  recognized as a  student parent  under the terms of  Université Laval's Policy on Student Parents , you may be considered eligible for this competition. To this end, it is your responsibility to provide us with  the certificate issued by the Registrar's Office  by uploading it to the appropriate section of the form. Please note that a  delay of 7 business days  is to be expected to obtain this document.

For newly admitted candidates for the fall 2024 session:

• Have graduated from their last study program, either:
  • in a Canadian high school or CEGEP (for admission to an undergraduate program)
  • in an undergraduate or graduate university program (for admission to a graduate program)
• Begin, in the fall session, studies in a 1st , 2nd or 3rd cycle program leading to a degree;

For candidates currently studying in their program:

• Have already successfully completed 12 credits at Université Laval and paid the tuition fees;
• Have a minimum average of 2.00 out of 4.33 in the first cycle, and 2.67 out of 4.33 in the graduate cycles;

Selection criteria:

Demonstrate that their financial situation may be an obstacle to continuing their university studies.
