University of Manitoba Greg Doroschuk Memorial Scholarship 2024

In memory of Greg Doroschuk (B.Comm. (Hons.)./82), his family, friends, and colleagues have established an endowment fund at the University of Manitoba to provide support to students in the I.H. Asper School of Business. The first award was offered in 2005. Each year, the available annual income from the fund will be used to offer one scholarship to an undergraduate student.

$1,600 will be awarded to the recipient of this award

Requirements

One scholarship of $1,600 will be offered to an undergraduate student who:

• was enrolled full-time (minimum 80% course load) in Fall 2023 and Winter 2024 in the Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) program;
• is enrolled full-time (minimum 80% course load) in the third year of study in Fall 2024and Winter 2023 in the Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) program; 
• has achieved a minimum degree grade point average of 3.0;
• has demonstrated community involvement, political involvement and/or volunteerism
