$1,650 will be awarded to the recipient of the University of Regina Joseph W. Schwann Graduate Award 2025
Requirements
The award will be presented to a University of Regina graduate student who meets the following criteria:
- Entering first year (1st, 2nd or 3rd semester only) and is registered as a full time student in a graduate program leading to a Master of Science in Kinesiology and Health Studies degree, or a Doctor of Philosophy in Kinesiology and Health Studies;
- Demonstrated interest in and focus on individual physical activity and health; and
- Demonstrated financial need.
Application Documents
In addition, students will need to upload the following:
- One page statement outlining both your research interest in physical activity and health, as well as financial need (Tell us your story as to WHY or the nature of your financial need); and
- UP TO DATE Transcripts, which include CURRENT SEMESTER REGISTRATION.
