The Kathryn Huget Leadership Award was created to support students who are working to improve the role of leadership in business and specifically the advancement of women in leadership roles.

$1,000, applied directly to tuition will be awarded to the recipient of the award
Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident or on a Canadian student visa.
- Be studying at the Master’s or PhD level.
- Preferably be studying in the areas of organizational behaviour, business administration, business and commerce, sociology or psychology.
- Provide a brief summary of their involvement in business and leadership, and how they are working to improve the business workplace for women.
- Provide one letter from a business reference.
Preference will be given to women currently in leadership roles.
