Requirements

• To provide an entrance scholarship for a graduate student, either full time or part-time, who is enrolled in any of the special education programs (PGD, M.Ed., or Ph.D.) or whose program focuses on special education.
• To be awarded on the basis of academic achievement to a student enrolled in a special education program or whose program focuses on special education.
