University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) 2023 International Excellence Entrance Scholarship

International students are hereby invited to apply for the International Regional Entrance Scholarship to study at the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) in Canada for 2023/24 academic year. The scholarship is competitive and targeted at students with excellent academic performances.

Each year, UFV International welcomes more than 800 new students from over 70 countries around the world. UFV invites academic excellence by awarding many entrance scholarships every year.  This past year UFV International awarded over $400,000 in scholarships.

Amount offered per recipient: CAD $20,000 ($5,000 per year for four years)

Requirements

You are eligible for this scholarship if:

• You apply to study at UFV.
• You are in your graduating year or have recently graduated.

Interview Dates and Process

For this scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:

• Have a minimum overall CGPA (cumulative GPA) of 3.75 on all approved grade 12 courses
• Apply to a degree program
• Have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 for each of your previous years at UFV to maintain the scholarship

Note: Short-term visiting and exchange students are not eligible for entrance scholarships.

We award these scholarships in the order that we receive applications (on a first-come, first-served basis). To ensure that you will be considered, you should:

• Apply to your UFV program as soon as possible.
• Pay your application fee.
• Be sure you have completed and submitted your application, including:
  • Proof of English language proficiency.
  • Official high school and/or post-secondary transcripts.
