Two scholarships, valued at $2,000 each, are awarded annually to outstanding students from China or Hong Kong who are entering first year of a full-time undergraduate degree program.

Requirements

• Interested students who currently live in or who have previously lived in Hong Kong or mainland China and who intend to return to Hong Kong or China after graduation are welcome to apply.
• Selection will be based on a combination of academic excellence as well as character, initiative, and community involvement.
• This fund is made possible by generous donations from alumni and friends of the University of Waterloo who live in Hong Kong and China.
