The PMA Dependents’ Tuition Scholarship Plan offers valuable financial support to the children of full-time PMA staff members at Western University. Designed to ease the cost of post-secondary education, this scholarship provides up to $2,500 per academic year for eligible undergraduate and graduate students studying full-time at Western University or one of its affiliated colleges (King’s, Huron, or Brescia). Open for courses taken between September 2024 and April 2025, the scholarship encourages academic excellence and continued education within the Western community.
Provides up to $2,500 per academic year (September–April) toward tuition costs
Available for up to four years of full-time study (not necessarily consecutive)
Must be a dependent child of a current, regular full-time PMA-eligible employee at Western University
Dependent status:
Unmarried, financially dependent, under age 21 (or under 25 if enrolled full-time; or older if permanently infirm)
Must be enrolled in full-time studies (undergraduate or graduate) at Western University or one of its affiliated colleges (King’s, Huron, Brescia)
Must meet academic standards:
Required to achieve a minimum 70% average in the previous academic year
For programs without grades, a written confirmation from the Dean is required translating performance to a 70% equivalent
Must remain fully registered throughout the academic year (September–April)
