The income from the estate of Desmond Gerald Burns has been designated as a scholarship for research leading to the M.Sc. Or PhD degree in Physics in Mathematical or Theoretical Physics. The scholarship will be awarded on the recommendation of the Chair of the Department of Physics and Astronomy.
