These scholarships (3) aim to encourage the pursuit of law studies at the graduate level (double-degree master's programs uniting the law faculties of Laval University and the universities of Toulouse 1 Capitole and Paris-Saclay) on a subject related to the legal framework for freedom of expression and the protection of fundamental rights.

Requirements
- Admission to Université Laval in one of the dual-degree programs mentioned above in the fall 2024 session;
- Full-time registration (12 credits) at the time of receiving the scholarship (fall 2024), or have this status recognized by Student Financial Aid.
- If part-time registration (6 to 11 credits), persons recognized as student parents under the terms of the Université Laval Student Parent Policy may be eligible for this competition. To this end, it is your responsibility to provide us with the certificate issued by the Registrar's Office by sending it to the following address: [email protected] . Allow 7 business days to obtain this document;
- Focus your research on a topic related to freedom of expression;
- Stand out through the quality of your file.

These scholarships are aimed at people enrolled in one of the following dual-degree programs:
- Bi-degree program in criminal law and criminal sciences
- Bi-degree program in fundamental rights
- Bi-degree program in fundamental intellectual property and digital technologies
Application Documents
The application file must include the following documents:
- A cover letter including a brief scientific description of your research project, essay or dissertation (one page maximum)
- The list of sources of funding already obtained during the last academic year;
- The final transcript of grades from the previous level of studies;
- The most recent transcript of grades from the current program;
- A curriculum vitae
